About Us
Who Are We
RUPSA (Rural and Urban Poorโs Partner for Social Advancement) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Khulna, Bangladesh. RUPSA is launched in 1994 and registered under the NGO Affairs Bureau: Rge-2460, Ministry of Social Welfare: Reg-1001/01, Ministry of Women and Childrenโs Affairs: Reg-142/98, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports: Reg-142/2000.
Our Mission
RUPSA is founded by a group of dedicated social workers with the aim to develop social, cultural, economic & environmental conditions and therefore the livelihood of the coastal community. RUPSA is conducting projects with innovative services in the fields of development to bring sustainable impact for the improvement of the quality of life of the target beneficiaries.
